By placing an order with Shoegali, you agree to the following terms.
Products
All shoes sold are genuinely used and imported in bulk from the USA and UK. Every listing includes an honest written description of the item’s condition along with real photos of the actual pair. We do not sell new/unworn stock represented as such — all items are clearly used unless otherwise stated.
Authenticity
Every item is visually inspected by our staff before listing to confirm it is genuinely branded, not a replica. This is a manual visual check (logo, stitching, sole), not a lab-certified authentication service.
Ordering & Payment
Orders can be paid via Cash on Delivery or bank transfer. Orders are confirmed once payment is received (bank transfer) or upon delivery (COD).
Pricing
All prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, though delivery times may vary based on courier availability and location within Pakistan.
Exchanges & Refunds
Governed by our Refund Policy page — size exchanges within 3 days (no restocking fee), refunds only for damaged or incorrect items.
Limitation of liability
Shoegali is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, or for issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer at checkout.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
