Shoegali respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, and how it’s used.

When you place an order, we collect the details needed to deliver it: your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details (items, size, price). We do not currently collect information for newsletters or marketing signups — only what’s needed to process and deliver your order.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to process your order, arrange delivery, and contact you if there’s an issue with your order (e.g. confirming an exchange request or a delivery delay). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Who sees your information
Your name, phone number, and address are shared with our delivery courier(s) for the sole purpose of delivering your order. No other third party receives your personal details.
Payment information
We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfers, we do not store your banking credentials — payment is made directly through your bank, and we only receive confirmation of payment.
Data retention
We retain order details for as long as needed to handle any exchange, refund, or customer service request related to that order.
Your rights
You can contact us at info@shoegali.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request it be deleted, subject to any orders still being processed or disputed.
